Kensington Residences

The Kensington Residences club complex is designed in the classic colonial style of Cypriot-European architecture.
The facade is skillfully decorated with columns, balustrades, window and door frames, and natural stone decorative elements. The open balconies are covered with hand-forged railings. The side supports of the balconies are made in the classical style and are a decoration of the whole building. Both semicircular bay windows and massive pediment emphasize the elegance of the composition.

The building complex consists of 3 blocks, forming a symmetrical harmonious U-shaped structure. The rooms are connected by column arches with stone masonry. In the center of the complex is a large swimming pool, decorated with mosaic. In addition to the swimming pool, the large plot also features a spacious recreation area with a landscaped English garden.

Kensington Residences also has a fitness center and sauna. The project has 42 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The living rooms and bedrooms in these apartments are significantly larger than standard Cyprus apartments.
